Once you’ve chosen the model, your device is installed for free. Copy, scan, print and fax all you want. Regular maintenance, toner and normal-use repairs are all included.

We have options for whatever works best for your business. Our non-cancelable contracts can be a short 6-month subscription or longer term plans that are 36, 48 or 60 months.

We’ve selected some of our most popular printers and multifunction devices for their performance, reliability and size. When you speak to one of our document solutions experts, they’ll help guide you which device is best for your business based on your unique needs.

It really is all-inclusive. You get all the toner you need and regular maintenance at no cost for the entire length of the contract. All you need to supply is paper and staples!
