Fairfield, NJ – Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc., is celebrating its latest industry recognition and history-making achievement. Recently, at The Cannata Report's 37th Annual Awards & Charities Gala, Kyocera was awarded the Frank Award for Best A4 Manufacturer for the fifth consecutive year.
"Kyocera is one of a select few companies in the 37-year history of The Cannata Report's Annual Gala that has won a Frank Award in the same category consistently," said CJ Cannata, president and CEO, The Cannata Report. "Kyocera has always demonstrated commitment and strength in the A4 space, underscored by the fact that it is the only OEM to win in this category for five consecutive years.”
"We are very grateful to be once again named Best A4 Manufacturer by the dealer community, and it's an honor we don't take lightly," says Óscar Sánchez, President & CEO, Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc. "This award underscores our strength in the A4 category, our unwavering commitment to offering one of the broadest and most diverse lineups in the industry, and our relentless focus to keep customer needs at the heart and center of our product innovation," he added.
As one of the most anticipated industry events of the year, The Cannata Report's Frank Awards honor excellence and innovation in the office technology and services industry. The event also raised $180,000 to create the Marie Cusumano Endowed Scholarship at Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine in Nutley, New Jersey.
The Cannata Report's Annual Dealer Survey determines the Frank Award finalists, and this year, when dealers and document solutions organizations cast their votes, they declared Kyocera's A4 MFP range the leader in the market. CJ Cannata, president and CEO, The Cannata Report said, “Based on comments shared in our Annual Dealer Survey, Kyocera stands out for its appreciation of the future growth of A4 and its focus on innovations and product reliability."
Chuck Clarke, Product Manager, Corporate Marketing, Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc., commented, "We've established a reputation for unrivaled reliability. With devices like the ECOSYS M5526cdw, ECOSYS M5521cdw, and the recently released ECOSYS MA2100cwfx and ECOSYS PA2100cwx, our devices are meeting customers' demands across a myriad of environments.
He added, "We're also proud of our energy-efficient A4 devices that deliver a high-quality print output while reducing the user's carbon footprint thanks to environmentally friendly toners and big office features in compact devices."
This award underscores our strength in the A4 category.”
"When it comes to the best of the A4 category, we are pleased to be the industry choice,” says José Estébanez, Vice President Corporate Marketing Group, Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc. He continued, “Our devices appeal to a wide range of customers across various verticals while meeting the ever-changing needs of today’s businesses. For those who carry our lineup or use our products, these are just some of the attributes that make the Kyocera brand attractive, and for five years running, we have sincerely appreciated their vote of confidence in our product.”
It was truly an exciting night for the Kyocera community that also included additional nods for other products. Kyocera’s dedication to becoming the provider of choice for print managed software did not go unnoticed, with a nomination in the category.
“With five Frank Awards in the A4 category under our belt and nominations for our print managed software, I can only attribute our achievement to the people who helped make it possible,” says Sánchez. “Our teams across customer service, technical support, supply chain, design, and the entire organization are dedicated to bringing our best products to market and making the customer number one.” He concluded, “Thanks to The Cannata Report, we received this award while amongst the best of the best in the industry to collectively support a philanthropic cause.
