Fairfield, NJ – Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc., one of the world’s leading document solutions companies, today announced the launch of KYOCERA OmniWorx, powered by Hyland.
KYOCERA OmniWorx is an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system that provides small to mid-sized companies with a customized “enterprise-level” solution that supports the document workflow journey.
This cloud-based solution allows for rapid deployment in a secure setting, with no on-site hardware to maintain. Users are able to access, view and engage with content from either a web portal or mobile device application. KYOCERA OmniWorx addresses three key areas of document management and has three preconfigured solutions available. They are:
For workflow customization, a user can utilize OnBase Studio, which provides enhanced document routing and automation capabilities.
“Through our strategic partnership with Hyland, an industry leader in the ECM marketplace, Kyocera dealers will now have direct access to an award winning platform, bundled into a single, affordable package for their end-user customers,” said Danielle Wolowitz, Vice President, Corporate Marketing Group for Kyocera.
Companies rely on both paper and digital documents, which means they rely on both their MFPs and ECM systems. Having a direct, seamless integration between the two, is what makes it all work as a total document solution.
