Kyocera’s Annual Service Award to crown top dealer technician

9/12/23

Fairfield, NJ – Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc., one of the world’s leading document solutions companies, is excited to reveal details of its 12th annual Kyocera Service Award competition.

After an extremely hard-fought 2022 tournament, Kyocera once again expects the level of competition this year to be at an all-time high given the rich legacy of this three-round tournament and its significant prizes.

“Our technicians are a fundamental part of the Kyocera Family. In reality they are the face of Kyocera to so many end users every day,” says Frank Zupa, Vice President of Customer Operations at Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc. “The Kyocera Service Award is our way of celebrating these men and women for their expertise, knowledge, and passion for Kyocera’s products and solutions. Every year, there is nothing my team and I enjoy more than watching this community of experts compete to see who is truly the ‘best of the best’ and rewarding them for perfecting their craft.”

The technician who finishes in the top spot of the competition will take home several exciting prizes, including a travel voucher good for an all-expenses-paid trip for two. However, each of the other semi-finalists will go home with great prizes too.

To be part of this great annual event, Kyocera technicians can start by taking a preliminary online test before the application window closes on Friday, October 20th, 2023.

Semifinals will be held at each Kyocera regional office on Friday, November 17th, 2023. The top technician from each region will advance to the Kyocera Service Award Final, which will be held at the Kyocera Dallas Training Center on Friday, December 15th, 2023.

Kyocera covers all travel and accommodation costs for finalists that come to our National Training Center in Dallas, TX.
