Fairfield, NJ – November 24, 2025 – Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc., one of the world’s leading document solutions companies, is proud to announce it has been certified as a Great Place to Work. This is the fifth consecutive year Kyocera has earned this certification. This year, 81% of employees said Kyocera is a great place to work, higher than the response at the average U.S. company. Great Place to Work, the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and model leadership behaviors, certifies companies, but it is employees who decide whether their company should qualify for the recognition. This year, the organization surveyed more than 20 million employees globally in more than 180 countries.
“To be recognized as a Great Place to Work for the fifth year in a row reflects our company’s purposeful devotion to making sure our people have a rewarding experience here.”
The Great Place to Work methodology involves the Trust Index Survey to gain insight into workplace culture. Employees answer 14 demographic questions and respond to 60 statements across a five-point consistency scale as well as two open-ended questions. Employee scores are then averaged to provide the Trust Index score, an organization-wide assessment of workplace culture.
